Grundfos India has launched fire pumping systems to the Indian market on 17th of December, 2010 in association with FSAI (Fire & Security Association of India - Chennai chapter).

The program commenced with a corporate presentation by Mr.B.Chandrasekaran, Sales Director of GIN followed by the unvieling of VT pump & Diesel Engine driven pump by Mr.Ranganath, MD . The Fire product presentation was given by Mr.Ravi Shankar, Product Manager. The event concluded with a short presentation by FSAI Chennai chapter secretary, Mr.Babu.

With the introduction of fire pumping systems to the Indian market, Grundfos will effectively be the only pump manufacturer who can be a complete “Single line” solution provider in Commercial buildings / Industrial sectors. Earlier Grundfos India have engineered & developed fire pumping systems which will have a unique compliance to both NFPA & the locally prevailing NBC / TAC guidelines. A wide range of approvals include FM, UL, Vds, LPCB, CEPREVEN, UNI EN12845, CNBOP.
